Hi! My name is Aubrey Carr, I am 15 years old. I was born July 12th, 2002. I have been a Christian all of my life, but recently, about a year ago, I realized what it truly means to be a Christian in the way God wants me to be. I am so grateful for all the help I have gotten from my cousin, Isabella, my parents, and my youth paster; Thank y’all so much!!!! I feel so much more… devoted now. (editing 3 years after writing this. This sounds so superior! I would like to definitly point out that I am so flawed and do NOT always know how to figure things out, especially when it comes to my faith!) I feel like I have more wisdom and more knowledge of the scripture than ever before. I am not perfect, but at least now I know how to work on the problems I have, and how to ask for forgiveness.
Thank the LORD, for He is amazing, all knowing, all powerful, and all good!
In 2004 my little sister Elise was born. In 2006 my little brother John was born. In 2008 my little brother James was born. I love all of my siblings very much. Elise is very quirky and when she was little she has all these little sayings we called “Eliseisms”. These sayings were always fun to listen to, and laugh at, like, “If I were small and pink and round and gum, then I would be a gum-ball.” She is amazing, and very smart. She is 11 now and full of energy and fun.
John is now 10, he is better then a normal ten year old boy, but he is still a ten year old boy. He wants to do everything just like my dad. One day we were eating hot-dogs and I asked him if he wanted mustard. He runs over to my dad and asks, “Daddy do you like mustard on hot-dogs?”
“No, not really.” My dad answers.
“Then I don’t either.” John says.
James is now seven, and full of character. More than anything he loves his little stuffed bear who is worn out with affection. Fondly named, “Bear Bowtie Carr” Bear is pretty much a member of the family. If we go somewhere Bear goes somewhere, although he is not allowed inside stores or restaurants or church, because he might, “Misbehave,” Bear does not miss out on all the fun. He has his own little “Parties” inside our car while we’re not looking. Calling up his bear friends on his “bear phone” he has pizza and cake. But he always gets it cleaned up before we get back. James wishes he would help clean up the house because he “cleans” super fast.
